The Truth in Strength!

Our final project for Summer Intensive was based on "Equivalence" by Alfred Stieglitz. We were asked to take a minimum of 5 images based on the same idea. Each picture needed to represent that theme. My theme was "STRENGTH" based on the strength I see every day in my father.

Artist Statement:
STRENGTH= The quality or state of being strong; the ability to do or to bear; capacity for exertion or endurance, whether physical, intellectual, or moral; force; vigor; power; as, strength of body or of the arm; strength of mind, or memory or of judgement.

"He will never know how strong he made me, for it was his courage, his fight that gave me the strength to continue!"
